Parent Teacher Fellowship
Where Hallways Feel Like Home
The Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) actively supports Harps Crossing Christian Academy by organizing various events and fundraisers. It creates a strong sense of community among teachers, parents, and the administration.
We invite all parents and teachers to attend every meeting and event. We structure our organization with a system of officers who adhere to a higher standard outlined in the Code of Conduct. Officers follow the same code of ethics and standards as teachers, while volunteers abide by the guidelines in the parent handbook.
A School Day Worth Waking Up For
Current PTF events include Grandparents Day, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Teacher Appreciation Week, the Book Fair, and the Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser, which doubles as a community outreach initiative.
The PTF also hosts the HCCA Family Fall Festival, Teacher Christmas Celebration, Christmas Parade Float, and Christmas Shoppe. The Fellowship also manages Spirit Nights, currently held quarterly at Chick-fil-A, and Spiritwear orders and distribution. Looking ahead, potential future events feature an End of School Party, a Back to School Family Night, and a Buddy Program designed to welcome new families.
