Director of Admissions, Full-Time
The Director of Admissions is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive enrollment management program that advances Harp’s Crossing Christian Academy’s mission and long-term sustainability. This role drives student recruitment, enrollment growth, and family retention while serving as an ambassador of the school’s Christ-centered educational experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Commitment to the Mission, Values, and Statement of Faith of Harp’s Crossing Christian Academy
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in school admissions, enrollment management or closely related field preferred
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with family, faculty, staff, and community partners
